Ordered the Pineapple yellow curry with chicken to go. Thai is always my favorite. Taste is so yummy and the sauce is to dive for over either brown or white jasmine rice. Otherwise, pumpkin curry is my other favorite
Pra-Ram with tofu is a great dish. Cosy setting. Gets busy at night so book ahead if you're set on eating here. Overall experience was okay. Food was served in good portions and had some nice flavours. Service was a bit hit and miss.
Very nice place with great Food.
Excellent experience, and one of my favorite places to go. The food is authentic and freshly prepared. The staff are very friendly and make you feel wanted! The Spicy Basil Chicken, Drunken Noodle, and the Pad Thai are totally delicious. All of their curries are amazing and the Tom Kha is one of my favorites! This is one of the few places in pacific grove I’d give a 5/5 review.
3 Stars for location, style, and food (it’s decent). -2 for service. When you close in 1.5 hours and the restaurant is halfway empty, a “one person party” should be able to get a window seat instead of being the only person seated in the middle of the room. My opinion.
Absolutely delicious Indian restaurant, super friendly staff. Pad Thai was so wonderful, sticky rice was also very good!
Worst Pad Thai I've ever had.My husband had never had Thai food so I thought that Pad Thai would be a good choice, but this Pad Thai was so bland as to be almost inedible. If you want a bunch of barely seasoned noodles with a few peanut crumbles this place is for you, but if you want a spicy, tasty dish ...go somewhere else.
Nestled in small town and near to ocean. Food is delicious and typical Thai taste. We have been to there on Xmas. Ordered Thai fried rice and Panang curry . Reasonable price fir Good location, taste. Best Thai place near to Monterey .
We enjoy eating out. Yesterday we came to this excellent restaurant which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a beautiful evening there with great food and an experienced stuff and an impressive chef. We added this place in our phone list and we will certainly return very soon. We highly recommend.
great tom yum soup! pumpkin Panang curry was very good also
Acceptable price and quality. Nothing exceptional that will make me want to come again.
Excellent place for delicious thai food. cool location to meet with coworkers. looking forward to coming back with my coworkers. if it was closer to my home i would be here often.
Solid Pacific Grove Thai restaurant right on the main drag. Food is excellent and great Thai iced tea. Friendly staff. Only docking one star because prices a bit on the high side for comparable Thai places in the area. Portions, however, are large so plan for some leftovers if you don't have a monster appetite. Very kid friendly as well, and parking usually not too tough.
Absolute lovely. Exactly the small, family friendly place you hope to find amidst overpriced, tourist restaurants. Great service, tasty food. Nice and cozy after a day of wandering and kayaking.
Good place for Thai food. Enjoyed the meal.
It's been a while since we've eaten there (take out). The food quality and ingredients were fine, but the sauces were nothing like they were in the beginning with the exception of Chicken Satay which was very good. The Pad Thai noodles lacked their savoriness they once possessed, and the Panang Chicken was flat and full of mostly green beans. Sadly, I will have to wait until I go to San Jose to enjoy really good Thai food, one of my favorite foods.
Simply the best of its kind in this area. The food is simply fantastic!
The first time we ordered from this restaurant was in 2014. There was a hair in our food and we stayed away from this restaurant for many years. We recently ordered on November 23rd for takeout. The food tasted fresh and we were pleased. We thought maybe we misjudged the establishment and gave them another chance. On December 1st, we ordered takeout at 300. We tried the Spicy Thai Basil Seafood, which turned out to be a much higher price point than what we were expecting. The pieces of basil were huge, there was no spice, none, and the few pieces of seafood tasted old. The jasmine rice was dry and looked old. The Drunken noodles were filled with what tasted to be old vegetables, certainly not freshly cut. When we tried to serve the noodles they stuck together. Were we served this old food because it was not lunch or dinner? This by far is one of the worst meals and we were disappointed to have spent $40 on food that should have been thrown out and certainly not served to anyone.
Not a fan of everything on the menu because Thai is such a specific style of cooking. But i hate salads and my diet is junk. For a fact i will come here for the Spicy Thai Basil, because thats the way vegetables were made to be eaten. So many vegetables! All so excellent. Not very spicy either if you’re sensitive.

My favorite Thai restaurant on the coast. Must not be just mine as it is always crowded. The wa it is never long and no matter if every table is full, the server is always excellent
If you are hungry come right over for great food and great prices.
Wonderful Pad Thai. Abundant prawns were added to my meal.Fast service and good food. Its downtown PG, I had no problems parking, then took a stroll after window shopping...Worth a stop.
Great food, great service, great experience...
Too slow. They can't handle too many tables
1 star for not adding any spice to our fried rice, it's pointless to eat now--there's no flavor. My husband specifically heard me say 'spicy' a couple of times. The only reason we ever ordered fried rice was because we eat it spicy. $15 waste.
Place is so busy that it got the wrong soup, pretty chaotic.
Awesome Thai food
It's all right. I asked for no spicy, but gave me a spicy dish. They were willing to change to same dish without making it spicy, but not willing to let me change to a different dish. Food just alright, not spectacular. Price was reasonable for touristy area. Nice decorations inside.
The vegetables and rice are cooked to perfection and the chicken and seafood are very good as well, but do not order beef unless you like it cooked nearly to the consistency of jerky. They just do not know how to cook it correctly. The customer service has always been slow and indifferent. As a local, I have eaten here numerous times and this has been the ongoing experience.
Loved the food. The coconut soup and cashew nut chicken are really nice!
thai food, awesome. A preferred evening place. I'll return with my relatives.
Their food was so good, it made me want to move to Pacific Grove just so I could have it more often. You could check off what went well like a list:Prompt service? Yes.Great portions? Yes.Convenient location? Yes.Delicious food? F*** yes.Even when my friend asked for his yellow curry to be less spicy after receiving it, they gladly took it back and fixed it up. My Pacific Delight came in a delightful mix of shrimp, scallops and calamari with a variety of veggies, with a light yet flavorful citrus chili sauce. They're extremely accommodating and friendly! I can't recommend them enough with words alone so I suggest you stop by here and see what I mean, when you get the chance to come around to Lover's Point or Pacific Grove :)P.S - points for being environmentally conscience with their offer of paper straws!
Very friendly management and great food!
I sat in this restaurant convinced that it was a good choice. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was the only inviting thing here. We were sitting since 20 seconds at our table when the waitress came for our food order. After saying that we just arrived and needed more time, she left, showing that she was very annoyed and came back 2 minutes later. For the second time we had to say that we needed more time. She came again few seconds later, pushing us to order quickly. As it seems, the kitchen closes at 8:30 and we arrived at 8:10. A word about it would have been better, instead of pushing us to order and then eat quickly in a very rude way. She almost threw our plates on the table, same with the check. Terrible service, no attitude. No sense of hospitality, terrible management. Food is very average. I ordered a mix vegetables with oyster sauce. It was so sweet, it was hard to finish it. We will for sure never come back and won’t recommend it.
Great food and friendy service. Also very clean.
Really great tasting food.. We only ordered vegetarian dishes. The wrap was awesome. So was Red Curry, soup and everything else.Cozy atmosphere with friendly staff.
Friendly service and great Thai food.
A great place for us vegetarians. If you don't like spicy food they will tone it down.
Most upscale Thai food on the peninsula or the whole of Monterey Bay. A bit more expensive than my other favorites.
Great value for the quality and size of the dinner selections. Small, quant dining room so definitely call ahead to reserve a table.
Delicious green papaya salad and chicken teriyaki. Cozy, charming atmosphere. Family friendly.
Excellent food, nice setting, clean, good for families, they sit you by the window if it's available, and servers are very nice and polite. Free parking nearby as well.
Service sucks! We placed our order and had to wait while people next to us who came after us got their orders. I told the staff and they were just dismissive.
Comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good Thai food.
Delicious! We may stop by again when we visit
Pretty small place but great food and great service
Service was very friendly. Just lunch. Pad thai had no peanuts, no cilantro, lime. A bit heavy on the sauce.
Awesome Red Curry and Basil Thai Fried Rice
I always try to come here whenever I'm in the area. It's one of my favorite spots on Lighthouse. Highly recommended!
